《我最爱的中华宝贝》第28集 宋思贤：月饼节古猗园奇妙夜

　　由中共上海市委对外宣传办公室、上海市文化和旅游局、上海广播电视台融媒体中心（SMG NEWS）联合发起，2023“爱上海的理由”青少年英语短视频征集展播活动以“我最爱的中华宝贝”为题，诚邀全球新生代用向上的风貌、良好的英语表达和创意的镜头语言展现青少年眼中具有当代价值和世界意义的中华优秀传统文化。在这一集里，宋思贤同学将与我们分享一方小小月饼中的历史和文化。

　　大家好，我是宋思贤。这是我的弟弟。我们是“小吃货”！

　　月饼！我最喜欢的传统糕点！我喜欢自己动手制作。面粉、猪油、糖、盐、馅料，经过揉捏、烘焙，就变成了美味的月饼。

　　据传说，有一年中秋之夜，唐太宗和杨贵妃赏月时，随口说出了“月饼”。从此，“月饼”的名称便在民间逐渐传开。现在，月饼的种类越来越多，有苏式、广式、京式，还有好多创新馅料的月饼。

　　月饼出炉了，美味！

　　中国人已经庆祝中秋节并享用月饼好多世纪了。中秋夜月饼的形状就像满月，它们将人们的愿望传递给他们所爱和所想念的家人。

　　Hello, everyone. My brother andI are foodies! Mooncake, my favorite traditional pastry! I like to make mooncakes by myself.

　　Put flour, lard, sugar, saltand stuffing together, and knead them to raw mooncakes. After roasted in theoven, they become delicious mooncakes.

　　In the legend, mooncake wasnamed by an emperor and his wife when they appreciated the moon during aMid-Autumn Festival in Tang Dynasty. "Mooncake" was then spread in Chinese folk.

　　Nowadays, there are many kinds of mooncakes, like Jiangsu style, Guangdong style and Beijing style. There are also some innovation stuffing mooncakes.

　　The mooncakes are out of the oven. Good taste!

　　In my memory, my family celebrates Mid-Autumn Festival every year in Guyi Garden. We light lanterns, eat mooncakes and appreciate the moon。
