《我最爱的中华宝贝》第66集 胡兆桓：花棍传承

　　由中共上海市委对外宣传办公室、上海市文化和旅游局、上海广播电视台融媒体中心（SMG NEWS）联合发起，2023“爱上海的理由”青少年英语短视频征集展播活动以“我最爱的中华宝贝”为题，诚邀全球新生代用向上的风貌、良好的英语表达和创意的镜头语言展现青少年眼中具有当代价值和世界意义的中华优秀传统文化。一根花棍、两根手棒，在胡兆桓同学的手中上下翻飞，随身起舞。在这一集里，我们看到“打花棍”对于朝阳中学的同学们来说，是再熟悉不过的日常。传承、挑战、创新，几代人的坚持与努力让这流传千年的传统技艺绽放出更多生机与活力。

　　胡兆桓自述：

　　大家好，我是胡兆桓，是上海朝阳中学的学生。今天非常荣幸向大家介绍一个非物质文化遗产项目。

　　一根花棍、两根手棒，看起来非常简单的工具，在同学们的手中却有着无限生机，上下翻飞，随身起舞，呈现出了优美的律动。这就是上海非遗项目之一的“打花棍”。

　　打花棍作为一门传统技艺，相传已有3000年的历史。打花棍需要整个身体的协调配合，要眼快、手快、反应快，对我们的左右脑均衡发展也大有益处，既开发智力，又强身健体。同学们在传承的基础上不断挑战、不断创新，有的人还可以边打花棍边跳曳步舞，或者是跳长绳的同时打花棍。

　　希望越来越多的人了解这项技艺，并喜欢上它，让花棍花开，盛开在更多的地方。

　　Hello everyone,my name is Hu Zhaohuan. l am a student from Chaoyang Middle School. It is a great honor to introduce an intangible cultural heritage project to you today.

　　A flower stick and two hand sticks, which look like a simple tool, seem to come to life in the hands of the students.

　　The flower stick flips up and down, danceswith you, and presentsa beautiful rhythm. It was called "Flower Stick", which is the intangible cultural heritage project in Shanghai.

　　As a skill, it has a history of 3,000 years. Playing sticks require the physical coordination: fast eyes, fast hands and fast response. It also benefits the balanced development of our left and right brains. It can develop our intelligence as well as strengthen the body.

　　We are constantly challenging and innovating on the basis of inheritance. Some can dance shuffling while playing flower sticks, or jump a long rope while playing flower sticks.

　　I hope more and more people will know this skill and like it, so that the “flower sticks” will blossom and bloom in more places.
