《我最爱的中华宝贝》第54集Francesca Sartor、蒋画：我在意大利“炫”川菜

　　由中共上海市委对外宣传办公室、上海市文化和旅游局、上海广播电视台融媒体中心（SMG NEWS）联合发起，2023“爱上海的理由”青少年英语短视频征集展播活动以“我最爱的中华宝贝”为题，诚邀全球新生代用向上的风貌、良好的英语表达和创意的镜头语言展现青少年眼中具有当代价值和世界意义的中华优秀传统文化。在这一集里，来自意大利的Francesca和她的小闺蜜蒋画把地道的四川辣带到了佛罗伦萨，尝过的老外都直呼巴适！

　　【四川】

　　Francesca：四川是一个美丽的地方。它不仅有深厚的历史底蕴和文化，还有美丽的自然风光和大熊猫。今天我的四川闺蜜将带我品尝地道的川菜。

　　蒋画：川菜以辣和重口味享誉世界。四川火锅，有人称它为中国的“Fondue（瑞士特色菜奶酪火锅）”，是四川最有名的菜。它的主体是一个炖着热汤的大金属锅，放在桌子当中，旁边是各种生鲜食材，供食客尽情地边涮边吃。

　　Francesca：我要开动啦！哇！真美味！

　　【佛罗伦萨】

　　Francesca：大家好，这里是意大利佛罗伦萨。意大利和中国有很多相似的地方，我很高兴能把川菜介绍给我爸爸的朋友们。他们都爱吃辣，所以对川菜很感兴趣。我也很乐意教他们说四川话。

　　意大利朋友：真的很巴适！

　　Francesca：我喜欢把中国的文化介绍给意大利人。

　　Francesca: Happy Chinese New Year. I'm Francesca. Chinese people say that New Year needs to climb high. Now I'm in Italy, in the region of Venice, at the Dolomites Mountains. I wish everyone a very happy Chinese New Year. Good luck to you!

　　[Sichuan, China]

　　Francesca: Sichuan is an incredible area. This big province is brimming with history, culture, astounding natural beauty and giant pandas. Today, my best friend from Sichuan will take me to taste the authentic Sichuan cuisine.

　　Jiang Hua: Sichuan cuisine enjoys an international reputation for being spicy and flavorful. Sichuan hotpot, also known as Chinese fondue, is the most popular meal in Sichuan. It consists of a simmering metal pot with broth at the center of a table and raw ingredients placed beside the metal pot so that people can add and cook whatever they like in the broth.

　　Francesca: I can’t wait to start. Wow, yummy!

　　[Florence, Italy]

　　Francesca: Hi everybody. Now, I’m in Florence. Italy has a lot of similarity to China. It was a lot of fun to introduce Sichuan food to my father’s friends. They love spicy food and are curious to taste Sichuan spicy!

　　I am also happy to teach them some Sichuan words!

　　I love to share Chinese Culture to Italian people.
